Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

As we continue to grieve the loss of Qudsia Sadiq’s cherished cousin and my dear friend Mezhgan Saadat , we find solace in remembering her vibrant spirit, compassionate heart, and kind soul. In her memory, we are embarking on a project that will not only honor her legacy but also make a lasting impact on the lives of others in need.

In many parts of the world, access to clean, safe drinking water remains a daily struggle, affecting the health and well-being of countless families. Qudsia Sadiq’s cousin and my beloved friend Mezhgan Sadaat deeply cared about the people in need, and we believe that a water well project would be a fitting tribute to her.

The goal of this GoFundMe campaign is to raise funds for the construction of a water well in a remote village. With your support, we aim to provide the local community with a sustainable water source, relieving them of the burden of walking long distances to collect water and ensuring access to clean water for generations to come.

“The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except three:

Sadaqah jaariyah (ongoing charity, e.g. endowment)

Beneficial knowledge (which he has left behind and others benefit from it)

A righteous child who will pray for him.”
