A Loving Farewell for Grandpa Hall

My name is Craig Soliz-Strohl, grandson to Donald Hall. I would like to share with you a little bit about his life. Grandpa Hall has touched the lives of many people with his kindness, generosity, his love for his family & friends alike. He was a great role model that any young man could aspire to be like. His smile was infectious, and when he spoke to you, you could genuinely feel that he cared. You could always count on him for a little inspiration, his faith in God never wavered.

Unfortunately, we are facing the heart wrenching task to lay him to rest. He and Grandma Hall were married for 65 1/2 years, until she passed. We buried her in Clovis, CA with the intent that he would be with her when the time comes.

Grandpa Hall was not just a family member; he was a friend, a mentor, and a source of inspiration to all who knew him. His warmth and generosity have left an indelible mark on our hearts. We want to ensure that he receives the farewell he deserves, surrounded by the love of family and friends.

Donald Hall is predeceased in death by his wife Margaret , daughter and her husband Julia & Jerry Markey he is survived by his 3 Children and their spouses Donald & Jo Hall of Dinuba, Craig & Carolyn Strohl of Clovis, and Jim & Mary Dotson of Barstow. There are 9 grandchildren, and as many great grandchildren.

December 11, 2024 will be his funeral. 8:30 am viewing and visitation @ Reade and sons 1103 E Street, Fresno. Then 10 am graveside at Clovis Cemetery then celebration of life and luncheon at 11 AM Calvary Worship Center 4581 E Dakota Ave Fresno.
