Hi, my name is Kenny and I’m a father of two beautiful girls who I rarely get to see despite my best efforts. Their mother has custody and is defying an order for visitation and parenting time. Those of you who know me know the struggle I have endured in the family law system over the past two years. I’ve had access reduced and blatant lies admitted to the court against me with no knowledge of how to defend myself. I am at a point where I have claimed bankruptcy and in repayment. My credit has been destroyed. I can’t even get a pay-as-you-go credit card. I do not qualify for legal aid. This puts me in a situation where I can’t afford legal council. I have exhausted all avenues over the past two years trying to learn as much as I can and do as much as I can by myself but it’s obviously not working. I’m an electrician not a lawyer.
I was informed today that there is another pre trial and trial in September. The big one I guess.
I can’t do this anymore by myself. I need professional help but it’s expensive. It’s very hard to come up with thousands of dollars when you live check to check and always in the red. My immediate family helped out in the beginning as much as they could and then some.
So here I am asking for help from strangers, family, friends and whoever sees this. I’m not one to ask for something for nothing. I’m a proud, hard-working tradesmen who would never ask on my own behalf. I’m asking on my children’s behalf so that they can have their father in their life as much as possible. I will keep fighting to see them and if I have to beg for money so be it.
Girls need their fathers, to make sure they don’t turn out like their mothers who would withhold a father from their children.
Sorry this is long but there is so much going on that can’t be said here.
Please help with what you can for my children’s sake and for fairness and justice
Thank you for your time and support
