A Loving Grandmother & Grandchildren-DEVASTATING
Donation protected
My name is Nicole, and I have the privilege of being Wanda's boss. It breaks my heart as I try to find the words to describe my dear friend and colleague's devastation, a TRAGEDY no one should have to endure, especially a mother.
On August 6th, which would have been Wanda's son's birthday, Wanda was left to face the unexpected loss of her daughter, who had been battling an undiagnosed medical condition. Wanda and her daughter Jen have been traveling back and forth to doctor's appointments to figure out what was happening, most recently leaving Jen with difficulty walking. Wanda then became Jen's caregiver, continuing her responsibilities with her two beautiful grandchildren and maintaining a full-time job in the healthcare industry.
Wanda has worked at All American Assisted Living since 2018, and she has been an integral part of our team. She is down-to-earth, kind-hearted and always puts others first. Wanda is the type of person that would give you the shirt off of her back. No matter what is going on in Wanda's life, she always shows up with a smile, puts residents first and makes a difference in our community.
Wanda is an extraordinary soul; she has now lost her Husband, Son and Daughter. Please, I am asking you to donate anything you can to help Wanda and her grandchildren. They have a long road ahead of them, and there are a lot of medical bills, household bills, legal bills and funeral expenses. Please help keep Wanda and her grandchildren together. Anything will help, even if you cannot donate; sharing this would be just as powerful!
