A Lust For Life - The Rising 2024

The rising is back in 2024 with a twist !

This year will see our team complete last years 7 day Kayak of the Shannon in just 6 days, meaning we’ll have greater distances to cover each day.

Day 7 will take us on road bikes, where we will cycle 160km from Limerick to Kerry, and finally….

Day 8 will see the team climbing the Carrauntoohil mountain in Kerry.

A Lust for Life is an award winning youth mental health charity with a focus on early prevention education. The impact we wish to achieve is to create a generational circuit breaker in how we talk about and treat mental health in Ireland, by giving children and young people tools and skills to enhance and protect their mental health from the earliest age.

Our vision is a world where every child and young person mentally, emotionally and socially thrives.
