Keep The Beat For The Morman Family

On Saturday July 28, 2018 Major Dwayne Morman was digging a trench in the front yard of his family’s home to try and fix a water leak in their main water line when he suffered a MAJOR heart attack. The proper medical term for what he encountered is called an LAD or Left Anterior Desending Artery with total Occlusion. This type of heart attack is commonly referred to as “The Widow Maker”. Fortunately his wife Sarni Morman was by his side at the time of this terrible incident, quickly called 911 and Dwayne was rushed to St. Joseph’s Hospital. Upon his arrival to the hospital he was rushed into emergency surgery and had a stent placed in his heart. Although the surgery went well, Dwayne is also dealing with a few other medical complications with his lungs due to the issues/damage to his heart leaving him with a very long road to recovery ahead of him. As if this incident alone isn’t already enough for the Morman family to deal with, they are also still left with the leak in their main water line to be fixed that has already racked up a $1,200.00 water bill for them this month. This leak caused Dwayne to stop working on a remodeling project that he was doing on their home right in the middle of it leaving their house a mess. Major Morman is not only the leader of his family at home but he is also the leader of our DOC family at Complex so as one big family let’s help keep the beat going and alleviate some of the stress that has piled up on the shoulders of the Morman family during this MAJOR incident in their lives!
