Remembering Ms. Marty Mandell

A group of friends throughout Orange County, NC are raising funds for a Memorial Bench in loving memory of our friend Marty Mandell. Marty was a true guardian of Orange County, a resident of Carrboro and an alumnus of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Marty advocated tirelessly for alternative energy, organic farming, watershed protection, and arts in education. The bench will be installed in her hometown of Carrboro, North Carolina.
