Shawn is a writer that loves history, movies, music, and cats. In Albany Shawn is known for his many contributions to Metroland and NPR. A quick wit that has a hint of sarcasm and a big heart makes Shawn a great person to be around. Unfortunately the last few years have been a little less kind to Shawn and his health and funds have deteriorated like others during the pandemic. Shawn is now suffering from terminal cancer. This drive is to help memorialize Shawn and put him to rest with the dignity we all deserve once he peacefully passes.
