A Memorial Fundraiser for Debra Sorensen

A LETTER FROM LARRY SORENSEN :

"Debbie and I have been together for 38 years. From the beginning, she let me know that she always dreamed of a big Italian wedding. I promised her she'd have that and she did! We had an amazing honeymoon in Aruba. We always planned on going back but never made it. Thankfully, the beautiful memories stayed with us.

Like everyone, we had our ups and downs, but we always came out on top, no matter what.

Through the years, we worked together. We built our business and raised at least a pack of dogs, who still bring us so much love and happiness, to this day.

Now that Debbie is regretfully at the end of her horrible struggle with cancer, I want to give her the last gift I can which is an honorable, respectful funeral that a beautiful woman, wife, daughter and friend like her deserves.

Unfortunately, the last year has been very tough on us financially, as it has been on almost everyone. Debbie's sickness has made it especially tough on us. We were unprepared for this and sadly let the business suffer.

In order to keep Debbie home with her family, myself and our 2 beloved dogs (Charity and Wayland), the business was neglected. This is the business that provides our food and shelter.

Now that the end is imminent, I'm humbly asking for help to give Deb a beautiful funeral.

Any amount that you can find in your heart to donate will be so greatly appreciated. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Debra knows she deserves the best 'goodbye' possible. Please feel free to pass this along.
