I met Kristen at one of the lowest
points in my life, she is a pillar of
strength, unconditional love and
support. She's a nurse of 20
years. She is a mother to two of
her own amazing children, and a
vital mother by heart ❤️ Giving ten years in the NICU…loving and caring for other's babies. She served in our military supporting our country. She gave up her dream job as a NICU nurse and went to work in the mental health field to have a more conducive schedule for her children. Family first is everything for Kristen! As I sit at John Hopkins hospital, I am reminded that once again, in one second your life, your passion and strength of life and all that you are can be stripped away! After a little over a month there, she was brutally assaulted by a patient and has been out of work since May 2021. As I sit here feeling helpless….I am also reminded, that all you need to do is ask and you will receive. So I am asking all of my friends and family to contribute anything you have to give to this amazing woman and her family, as she heals and recovers from this lengthy process, as well as, please share this go fund me post to all of your Facebook, Instagram and other social media. Unfortunately, due to a broken system, Kristen is now without a job, health care, medication, post-op care and even her surgery which she is undergoing at the moment. She is a single mom and has not been able to work since her brain injury last year. I thank you in advance for your generosity as well as your prayers and love.
