A moment for Cristian's life

My name is Natalia. I am Cristian's mother, who is 1 year and 3 months old, and already at that age, he is struggling with a severe disease… leukemia. We are from Hâncești district, Buțeni village. When Cristian was one year old, I went for a routine medical check-up and had tests. Then the result of the blood test showed that something was wrong. We went to Chisinau in an emergency and were admitted to the Mother and Child Center. There I did more tests, investigations and finally I was diagnosed with leukemia. I could feel the earth slipping from under my feet, I don't want any parent to go through something like that.

We are currently at the Oncological Institute, we have been doing chemotherapy for two months but we have no effect. We want to go abroad for a more effective treatment, so as to give Cristian a chance at life, to have a happy childhood with his sister and brother.

We kindly ask you to help us go abroad to save our son.

Mă numesc Natalia. Sunt mămica lui Cristian, care are o vârstă fragedă de 1 an şi 3 luni, şi deja la aşa vârstă, el luptă cu o boală cruntă… leucemie. Suntem din raionul Hâncești, satul Buțeni. Când Cristian a împlinit un anişor, am mers la un control medical de rutină și am dat analize. Atunci rezultatul analizei de sânge a arătat că ceva nu este în regulă. Am plecat la Chişinău cu îndreptare de urgență şi ne-au internat la Centrul mamei şi copilului. Acolo am mai făcut analize, investigații şi în cele din urmă am primit diagnoza de leucemie. Simțeam că-mi fuge pământul de sub picioare, nu doresc nici unui părinte să treacă prin așa ceva.

În prezent suntem la Institutul Oncologic, de două luni facem chimioterapie dar nu avem nici un efect. Vrem să plecăm peste hotare pentru un tratament mai eficient, astfel să-i dăm lui Cristian o şansă la viață, să aibă o copilărie fericită alături de surioara şi fratele lui.

Vă rugăm din suflet să ne ajutați să putem pleca peste hotare pentru a ne salva fiul.
