A New Beginning for Malinda & her two children after DV

Hello everyone,

We are Suom’s sister and best friend, and we are reaching out to this community to share her story. For twelve years, we witnessed Malinda endure the toxic and abusive behavior of her ex fiancé, Steven Kelly. She kept the worst of it from us not to protect herself but to protect him. It breaks our hearts that she suffered in silence for so long, all for the sake of the family she created with him.

But now, she is free. She has stepped into a new chapter, one of healing, advocacy, and reclaiming what was taken from her. We are incredibly proud of her bravery in speaking out against abuse and fighting for justice.

Why we are raising funds for Malinda?

As Malinda begins this new chapter, she is facing significant legal and financial challenges

Legal battles over financial assets between her ex fiance and her in order to ensure the best future for her children and being compensated after working years without proper income at Bocopop and Boku Cafe in Spokane, Washington
