A new beginning for Sarah and her baby.

Hi, my name is Hannah and I’m fundraising for my cousin Sarah and her 3 month old baby.

Sarah is a a domestic violence survivor and a hero to her son.

Sarah has been a victim of domestic violence for 5 years, on Saturday January 27th Sarah was attacked and beaten severely at the hands of her ex-husband while in front of her baby.

She suffered 3 broken ribs, a punctured lung and severe bite marks all over her body.

on Sunday January 28th Sarah had been looking for a way to escape, while her ex-husband was in the store she decided to file a report herself and drove to the local police department with her son. Due to the local police understanding how critical Sarah’s condition was, she was admitted to the hospital in critical conditions.

Sarah and her son are now safe at home but have very long road to recovery. Sarah’s injuries are severe enough that she is having to be seen at a wound care specialist because of the infections caused by all the bite marks. She has a long road to recovery including medical expenses, a legal battle to fight to protect themselves and just every day needs for an infant and new mother.
