A night of inspiration ends in tragedy!

A night of inspiration ended in tragedy. Jerry Gee took his children Ciara & Jerry V along with a family friend Darnika to see, in the word of Alicia Keys, the inspiring lights of New York in Times Square other places Darnika had not seen, The Apollo, Grand Central Station, Central Park & 5th Avenue. They enjoyed the sites & sounds of the city & a quick view of Busta Rhymes. On their way back & only 10 miles from their destination while waiting at the red light on the crossroads of Route 9 South & Texas Rd in New Jersey their car was rear-ended by a drunk driver. Sad to say the collision took the life of his beloved Ciara & has left him in ICU since. He is recovering from broken vertebrae, broken ribs, a gash the head requiring stiches & a torn aorta. Both Jerry V & Darnika suffer a gash to their heads. Jerry' required staples while Darnika's required stickers. Your continual prayers are solicited for all involved, even the other driver for we all have fallen short of the God' glory. Any & every gift of support or kind words is appreciated as we all put our lives back together. We look to God for comfort & peace as we journey on.
