help a trans person escape abusive family

Hi, my name is Jay I am a broke college student and gamer/streamer who needs help getting out of my abusive family's home.

My parents are going through a very terrible divorce which will force them to sell everything including my car and childhood home so I will most likely end up homeless in the next few months. I don't have much money right now as my only current income was through streaming, tournament earnings, or helping the family business (which will also have to be sold).

My parents and all extended family are all homophobic and transphobic so I will never truly be safe with them. Along with that just being in the house with them is very triggering and terrible for my mental health. I feel trapped.

I'm not 100% sure on what to do yet but this money will go towards finding a place to live, a car, or any health issues.
