A obstruction surgery is needed for Nova

Hi my name is Arianna and I'm a single mother of 5 beautiful children who is in need financially to save our furr babies life. I brought my daughter this puppy for a emotional support therapy dog for christmas as well for my other children. we all fell in love with her shes 2 years old pit/lab that we have had sense a newborn she's is a wonderful house/ family dog who loves children and people. She's full of life and energetic she hears us pulling in and greats us at the door.she goes everywhere with me or my daughter she's our best friend. She sleeps with us shes part of our family 7 days ago I noticed she wasn't acting herself and stared not eating and vomiting vile we brang her to ocean state to be seen on Friday were they wanted to hospitalized her but couldn't because of payment and sent us home so I went home and emptied my saving account and my financed car payment and reach out to agency russ who as well help with 250$ to come up with 800$ just for iv fluids under her skin and the visit and bill for a ultra sound/ tech and nausea medicine to be told she needs emergency surgery because she has a foreign body obstruction and it would cost 5000.00 and sent home we are running out of time like days ago we are all suffering we dont want to lose our furr baby. If anyone could please help us with this vet bill so she can get her surgery would be greatly appreciated any thing will help please help me so Nova won't go septic and die
