A powered wheelchair and hand controlled vehicle

Hi

My name is Tim. I have had both of my legs amputated and can no longer work. I have an enormous debt from medical expenses and am seeking funding for a power assisted wheel chair and to obtain a vehicle that would accommodate the chair so I can drive. This would require hand controls to operate. I have applied for various funding to no avail. I am praying that people can find it in their hearts to help me out and give me some hope to lead a normal life again.
