A Request for Support with John Burke's Cancer Battle

I met John Burke in 2013. When we met it was like we’d already known each other for 20 years. He’s became My Brother from another mother. Our life stories, issues with Life, and how We weathered the uncertainty of what unfolded became the bedrock of our friendship.

Through this uncertainty of life things change and John is going to move into the next part of this Journey We All transition to.

John has been battling cancer for now close to two years. At one time the cancer was deemed in remission but has now re-emerged with a final vengeance. Any of those who have been through this know that the financial pain that families go through is only second to that of what the individual themselves are having to face. His wife Anita who has been an Angel to so many of us and who is dealing with her own medical issues cannot bring up the funds to have John properly taken care of. This is a humble request to Friends, Family, Shipmates and anyone who can help in this time of need to please contribute and be of service like John and Anita would absolutely have done without any question or motive.
