A single mother battling child custody case

Hello everyone, thank you for coming to our page. As most of you who are close to me and my 4 children know, I have been battling a custody case on and off since 2016. Most recently over the course of 3 years, my younger Children’s Father has taken my youngest son Cinco, and withheld him from me on numerous occasions. His Father and I share 50/50 custody of him, alternating weeks on and off. But at any given moment his Father violates the court order and keeps Cinco away from me, his Mother, and his older siblings. Most of you have known me for 10-15+ years and know how hard I work and sacrifice for my kids. I am a single mother who works and fights hard for my kids. Cinco is a kind, intelligent, generous, and silly boy who will do anything to keep the people around him happy. Unfortunately, there are individuals who are taking advantage of his innocence and separating him from us. On the evening of July 4th, his stepmother “allowed” Cinco to come to see me, and it was the first time I had seen him in over 2 months. We hugged in front of our home for 10 min. I cried of course, as we held each other with all our might. He whispered to me that he wanted to come home. He begged me to try my hardest to bring him home because he misses us. I told him and promised him that I would do anything and everything I could to bring him home. We recently had a custody hearing that did not result in what he had hoped. The judge merely discussed arrangements for school and dismissed the hearing. He failed to go over the violations and grievances their Father was guilty of. He simply walked off the bench. I feel like I’ve failed Cinco. He wants to come home. He misses his siblings, his room, his doggies, and his friends in our neighborhood. He’s missing so much.

I have to fight this, but I can’t do it on my own anymore. Although I am devastated at the outcome and injustices that are happening, I have faith and confidence that we will win this soon. Despite everything… the emotional, mental, and financial toll this has taken on me and my kids, l continue to pray for reunification. I obtained legal counsel last year that obviously was of no good to our case. And unfortunately, I am still paying off those legal fees. I plan on obtaining new legal counsel but I am in need of help. Any support you can provide is immensely appreciated.
