A Single Mother’s Battle: Legal Funds & Financial Stability

Juls Bindi is my very dear friend, and I started this GoFundMe to support her during the most challenging time of her life.

Her ex-husband served her divorce papers, and a week later she was even further blindsided when she found out her ex chose to bankrupt their company (that they'd built together) without any discussion.

She bravely bid against other companies in court and managed to salvage what she had worked so hard to build.

One of the companies that was owed money in the bankruptcy also had a personal guarantee against her ex.

Because his name was still on their mortgage, the court mistakenly put a bank levy on her personal account (that she never shared with her ex) and it withdrew every dime of Juls’ funds that she uses for basic living expenses (including being primarily & financially responsible for their daughter), leaving her overdrawn by $652,275.21.

This occurred on July 12th, 2024, and has severely impacted her financial stability. She urgently needs a legal team to prove this mistake and rectify the situation.

Juls now has the opportunity to prove this was an error on the court’s behalf, but she needs our support to do so.

Despite these challenges, Juls remains determined to continue to maintain financial security for herself and her precious 5-year-old. She is tirelessly working to make ends meet, pay bills, and provide a stable home. However, this burden is quite overwhelming, and our support will move mountains for her.
