A skateboard friend affected by the war

Hi, so we are the people and it’s the people that always suffer in times of war. The money raised will help a friend of mine who had to flee from his country last week with a backpack (and his skateboard!). He had to leave his job, friends and family behind in order to survive. He is 28 and is currently living on the streets of a new country that probably doesn’t want him. His bank cards don’t work yet and he is trying to seek asylum. I am calling upon all fellow skaters and those that know me For some donations. I am trying to raise £250 in order to book a room in a hotel for him for two weeks. I know this won’t solve his problems but it will undoubtedly bring him some respite from his current situation. I wish I could elaborate more on his story but cannot as he would like to remain anonymous for obvious reasons. Thank you to everyone who donates.
