A small act of kindness that goes along way.

Every year for the last 5 years I have organised  ‘love in a box’ for Catching lives In Canterbury. Generous caring people would make up a box with things that people less fortunate would use and would have something to open up at Christmas. I would collect all the boxes a few days before Christmas and deliver them to the homeless shelter. When receiving them each year they were so moved and grateful it was just so lovely to know that all the donations were going to be given to people that would probably not be receiving much at all if the donations were not made. Christmas is a time for  giving. Sadly this year due to COVID things have to be a little bit different but it would be amazing if people could still get together even if it’s just £1 and donate so the amazing charity can still give a little this year to those in need. Right now I know they will need help more than anything!
