A Spa Day For Mother's In Need

Good Day Everyone, I hope all is well.

My name is Trevaun Douglas, I'm a youth leader/ community helper for the Lawrence Heights Community

Through being inspired from working with youth and residents in the community for the past 10+ years, I’ve successfully organized and completed multiple initiatives throughout the years to help youth and their parents keep their head afloat.

With Mother's Day coming up I wanted to create something special for mother's in Lawrence Heights and take 10 mothers to a spa called "Go Place" in Markham.

My goal will be to fundraise around $1500 - $2000 to cover the cost for admission, food, transportation and more.

On May 5th, 2024 I will aim to take 100,000 Steps in a day. I'm aiming to walk from Toronto to Hamilton which is a total of 73 KM and roughly around 18 hours by feet.

"If It Rains" I will aim to still walk 100K Steps however, I will aim to do the full walk in Toronto.

Once again, thanks for all the help and support. I'm very grateful to be able to get the privilege to help those in need and take one less load off their shoulders.
