Birthday and Beyond for a Grieving Daughter

Aaliyah’s father, Diunte Moon, was fatally shot the early hours of August 6th, in Chicago Illinois. 

Aailyah loved her daddy very much. This is a lot for her to attempt to process.

Aaliyah is turning 8 on August 15th. There is no right time to lose a parent, however near a birthday and as the school year is beginning does add to tragedy.

I am raising funds to make this years birthday extra special. The remaining will be used for additional mental health / grief counseling resources for both Aaliyah and Angie.

We appreciate any support you can offer. I know Angie would appreciate any meals that can be dropped off or just knowing you are praying for them.
