I am writing in the name of a family seeking safety outside of the horrors of Gaza. University English teacher Alaaeddin, student Gynecology Jomana and their daughter Naya are a family of three currently living in a state of constant fear for their safety and uncertainty of their future. They have seeked refuge in a shelter in Rafah and are now hopefully waiting for a chance to ensure their safety, by crossing the Rafah border into Egypt.

But their evacuation comes at a steep price: the evacuation fee adds up to $5000 per person. Once in Egypt, Alaaeddin, Jomana and Naya have been offered temporary shelter by relatives which would give them a first glimpse of peace in a long time. But for that to happen, the family needs help. Their situation is urgent and every donation is appreciated towards their journey to safety.
