A Teacher’s Medical Expenses

My mother is currently facing the hardship of waking up every day in intense physical pain.

My hopes in starting this GoFundMe page is to help our mom get the financial help she deserves as a giving teacher for over 25 years, a caring mother, incredible daughter, and loving wife. She has had a long health journey and shown incredible strength, but I want to ask the community for assistance in helping her get the care she deserves. She has had 4 back surgeries in the past two years, and just last month she had her last one. They have all been to help her back, and the nerve pain that goes along with sliding disks. Recently they have found out that very real issue she is facing at the moment is with her hip. She needs a hip replacement, but having to use all of her leave pay already for her last surgery, her only option is to get the surgery without being paid.

She has been in education for over 25 years, and she truly has a nurturing spirit giving back to any community she is a part of.

My mother is strong-willed, and her independence and bravery radiates. She now needs our help, and I want to see her get the help she needs without worrying about being able to pay the bills and support our family and medical bills. When winning the lottery isn’t in the cards, and prayers don’t pay the bills, we need a way to help each other. Please donate what you can and let us all answer her prayers.
