A Time of Need for Eric Ballentine
Donation protected
On Friday, April 30th, our amazing friend Eric Ballentine suffered a devastating accident when he fell down his attic stairs. As a result of the fall, Eric suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. He has been hospitalized since the accident and is currently at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NYC. This accident has been devastating for Eric, Danielle and their two kids. To say that they have a long road ahead is an understatement.
All that know Eric and Danielle know that they would be first in line to help out a friend, acquaintance or stranger in need. As people have requested how best they can help, we have set up this page to allow for contributions. Money collected will be used for medical costs associated with Eric’s hospitalization and what is expected to be a long path of hopeful rehabilitation. Additionally, with Eric expected to be out of work for the foreseeable future, donations will also be used to help with living expenses as well as changes that may need to be done to the house to support Eric’s disability. In addition we ask for healing thoughts and prayers.
