A Toxic Mold Nightmare
From Kendall:
“I’ll never forget the moment I realized it had been our home that kept putting me in the hospital and making my family sick. I’ll never forget reading the results of our toxic mold tests… multiple tests by multiple companies because how could it be this bad and be completely hidden?
500x above normal were the readings. The 4 most toxic black molds plus many more hiding in the walls, subfloor, attic, roof, crawlspace, HVAC. It was all around us and we had no idea because of decisions made by the previous owners.”
If you’ve watched any of Kendall’s social media, you’ll know it’s been two plus years of nearly a dozen ambulance rides, ER visits, hospitalizations, & specialists. Now we finally know why her health rapidly declined after moving in. She hasn’t been able to go back inside the home without having a seizure since September.
“We are now looking at a nearly 6-figure remediation & losing 95% of our belongings. We are only able to salvage porcelain, metal, or glass.
None of this is being covered by insurance. (Trust me, we tried!)
We’ve spent the last 4 months trying our best to come up with the money to do this ourselves, but we have only managed to come up with less than half of what’s needed to properly remediate & make it safe to live in again & repurchase basic things. We explored all options, including multiple professional opinions, many, many quotes & trying to sell it to investors, but we can’t get out of it for what we’d have to sell for. We are left with no choice but to restore this home & try to make it safe again.
That’s our prayer. For God to help us restore our home, health and get our lives back. If you can’t donate, please join us in this prayer.”
Please donate & help the Earlys rebuild their home & lives. Any amount is helpful.
If you can’t donate, please share this on every platform. Thank you all in advance!
