A tragic accident leaves a family in need!

My family and I are fundraising for Ian Layton and his family to help them with finances after this weekend's tragic accident. We kindly ask for support for Ian and his family to help cover their bills, living expenses, and any other expenses that may arise.

On September 24th, 2022, Ian Layton was in a motorcycle accident and tragically lost his life. I am beyond words at this point and this has been a very difficult time for me and his family and all of our closest friends.

Ian was the best business partner I could have ever asked for here at Hamilton Marine Finance. Ian had an excellent personality and was very much a people person and a social butterfly. At events he would always have a great smile and a great attitude on life, he enjoyed meeting new people at events and loved building new business relationships and building more friendships along the way.

Outside of work, Ian was very much a family man. His daughter Rowan was everything to him and he loved her more than the world. Ian leaves behind his daughter Rowan, Rowan's mother (Bethany), girlfriend Sherry (soon-to-be fiance), and her two sons Nathan, Keegan, and daughter Sophia, Randy (father), Mary (Mother) Lisa (Step Mother), and Chaz (brother), Caitlin (Sister in law) and their three boys, Landyn, Liam, and Levi.

All of my children Will, Alex, Cole, and Andrew looked up to Ian as uncle Ian. Ian was an inspiration to all my boys and my soon-to-be wife Georgia. He was just all around a great guy and I will continue to cherish all the good times we had together.
