A Tree Tried To Kill Me. It Missed.

Ahoy hoy. I'm Dr. Cimmerian (not a real doctor) and yesterday my roof fell on my head.
We had a storm come through quite suddenly, and a tree fell on the corner of our house. The roof then attempted to kill me, but I juked it. In what I can only assume is revenge, it completely destroyed the room I was in at the time.
There is significant structural damage to the roof, some electrical damage, what remains of the tree that is still a bit dangerous, and significant water damage from the rain that followed the tree. The stuff I lost in there is secondary (though I would love to replace some of it if I could) to the fact that I have no place to live or work reliably at the moment.
I thankfully have no personal medical bills from this, but my father was struck in the knee by something that fell off the wall and is having serious difficulty walking.
I would very much like it if I could tell my father that this will be taken care of, and that I won't end up homeless over this. Thanks for listening. And thanks for letting me know that I'm not alone out here.
