A Tribute to Micheal Baldwin

Mike Baldwin has influenced a lot of lives over his time. 

He is a loving family man that cared about his community.  He coached little league for over 20 years in Libertyville and was a coach to many of my friends.  His business (Mike Baldwin Plastering) that was passed down from his dad was successfully ran for over 40 years.  Many of you worked with him or he did work on your homes.  Everyone loved laughing and enjoying time with him he could always make people laugh.  He fought bravely in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles.

My dad has had a rough run of it lately and he is currently in hospice.  For the past 6 months he has been in the care of a nursing home and it looks like his illness is going to get the best of him very soon.  He has fought his butt off this long and always has been a tough tough guy.

With my brother recently passing my family is not in a financial situation to give him the final proceedings he deserves.  My mom is still working, but my dad has been sick for a few years now.  It is not comfortable for me writing this and asking for help, but if anyone would like to donate to make this an easier time on the family it would be greatly appreciated.  

The funeral is going to be at St. Marys Catholic Church is Lake Forest where he got his communion and was a member growing up.  It will be most likely this Friday or next.

The Money will be used for his cremation, the funeral, the urn, burial, and overall final costs.
