Help the Jurrens family with medical expenses

Hi, my name is Alicia and I'm fundraising for my parents, Troy and Lisa. Troy has recently went through some major life changes. This week he has had a multiple surgeries trying to save his leg after he was riddled with blood clots. My dad ultimately ended up with an above the knee amputation.
This week started out with a ton of leg pain that put him in the Watertown ER. They suspected blood clots and gave him an ambulance trip to the Sioux falls heart hospital ICU. He had surgery that day to try and clear the clots out of his leg but they soon realized this was going to be harder than they thought but the surgery lasted 10hrs. The clots were hard and stuck. The next day they went in again trying to remove the clots but were unable to clear enough and said time will tell if the leg would make it. He had no pulses in his leg so he had emergent surgery all through the night in another effort to save his leg they attempted a bypass. They cut out a vein from his upper leg and tried to bypass all the clots. The vein failed and they tried an artificial vein. This failed too. When Dad woke up they gave him the news that has now changed his life forever. The next day he had the amputation.
For the future they are saying 1-2 weeks in the hospital then 1-2 more weeks inpatient rehab in Sioux falls. Then he can possibly come home but changes are going to be made there too so it is acceptable for a wheelchair. He will have tons and tons of rehab for the coming months and it will be months before he gets a prosthetic.
His medical issues started years ago when he was found to have an aortic aneurism, plus an aneurism in each groin, one behind each knee and one in the brian. We are unsure what has caused so many aneurysms at such a young age. He has had all but one of these repaired. So there are going to be more surgeries in the future as well.
Troy has accomplished a lot in his life. He served his country, was a pilot, owned a couple companies, is a father, grandfather, husband and much more. He has a lot more he wants to accomplish too but it's going to take support from our community, family and friends as well as his will to thrive in his new lifestyle.
All this can be done but it's going to take a village. I'm asking for your help, we are asking for your help. If you are unable to pay monetarily please keep our family in your prayers.
