A wonderful inclusive dance club

Hi,

My name is Anne and this year I've decided to do the Extreme Gold Penguin Challenge to support Commodores.

The Penguin Challenge is an open water swim challenge. From the 1st of November to the 31st of March, I will swim 1k per month. Weekly, I will swim 250m in one go in a lake where the water will be between 10 and 2 degrees. I will wear a classic swimming costume but I am allowed to protect my hands, feet and a hat.

Commodores is a wonderful inclusive dance activitie so important for kids and families.
