A Year Old and in Need: Samson's Surgery

Hi, I’m a veteran and I need your help for my best friend, Samson. He’s my dog, a Cane Corso, and he needs surgery to remove a blockage in his small intestine. The vet says it costs over $4,000, which I do not have, and Samson just turned a year old on the 9th of April. Please help. I greatly appreciate it. God bless.
