Help Jamie Beat Cancer

I’m starting this in hopes of raising funds for my daughter, Jamie. She’s been battling cancer since 2008. She has thyroid cancer that has metastasized, and even with the removal of her thyroid the cancer keeps coming back. Jamie has had multiple surgeries, and her doctors actually had to stop the most recent surgery for fear of losing her voicebox in the process. Jamie lives hours from the hospital, where she is to have 33 targeted radiation treatments. Not only will she need a hotel room next to Johns Hopkins, but she will need it 5 days a week for seven weeks. The treatments will be extremely painful. The funds will be used for hotel accommodations, gas, food, medication and any other unexpected expenses along the way. This TRULY could not have happened to a better human. Jamie has always supported and provided for her family, her community and her church. She is an amazing mother to a child she was told she’d never be able to have, and she is honestly the most thoughtful and generous person we know. We realize this is a difficult time for everyone, but anything will help.  Our hope is for Jamie to finally BEAT CANCER!!
