The Stricklen Family

Some people may know that the "Pipeliner life" can be great. Others may know that it's not always cranked up to what it seems. My brother-in-law Nathan and his family have been out of work since October 2015, and continue to wait for the phone call for the next job. In the meantime, to eliminate costs and save as much money possible with baby #2 on the way, they moved back to Kingsbury, Texas to park their travel trailer, and full-time home at his grandmother’s house/land.
On February 16, 2016, The Stricklen's left for a few hours only to come home just in time to find their home on fire. The fire started in the garage the trailer was parked next to and it spread. In conclusion, Nathan and his family lost much of what they have. In addition, the trailer (home) was uninsured at the time for cost-saving purposes. Thankfully, no one was home and no injuries occurred, however this family will literally need to start over to try to rebuild what they had.
Anyone who knows Nathan knows that he would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Nathan has spent majority of his time out of work giving back to his family and assisting his grandmother fix and prepare to sell her home in Texas.
It’s Nathan’s turn to receive some help for once. My sister, Allison, will be flying back home to Pennsylvania for now to care for their son Colton who turns one in three weeks, and also get the care and support she needs while being pregnant with baby # 2. Nathan will stay back in Texas to work towards a resolution and continue to seek employment, and will sadly need to miss his son’s first birthday.
Please consider assisting a beautiful family in need during rough, unforeseen, unfortunate circumstances. Any help is greatly appreciated in getting this family back on their feet.
