Support Anne Marie's Fight Against Cancer

Donation protected
Hi Everyone
If you haven’t heard the news yet, my ex-wife, Anne Marie Schreiber, has been diagnosed with Lobular Breast Cancer. We had been married for over 12 years and share a deep love of and commitment to our three children, Ava, Luke, and Creed. Anne Marie is an excellent mom and is always doing her best to make sure that the kids are happy and well cared for. Now, I am hoping to do something for her that I know she would never do herself. If you know anything about Anne Marie, it's that she hates asking for help, even while dealing with cancer, so I have taken it upon myself to do the asking for her.
Anne Marie is very strong and has handled this news with a positive can-do attitude. She keeps reassuring everyone around her that she will be fine, she’s not going to die, putting on a brave face for friends and family and especially for the children. Those of you who know her well know that she is spontaneous, fun, kind hearted, and always there to support the ones she loves while making those around her laugh with her humor, usually cracking jokes at her own expense. Her cancer diagnosis has not changed that! I have been taking her to all of her Dr’s appointments and sitting in on the appointments to hear what the Dr’s have to say though I am scared for her.
Since her diagnosis, she has been to countless Dr’s appointments, 3 biopsies, an MRI, and Genetic Testing. She will undergo a double mastectomy and the removal of lymph nodes on both sides on July 11th. Approximately 2 weeks after surgery, the final pathology report will dictate whether or not chemo and or radiation is needed. She will then face several major reconstructive surgeries.
There will be weeks that she will not be medically cleared to work and therefore, will have ZERO income. However, she will still have her everyday bills, rent, utilities, food, etc, In ADDITION to incurring all of the OUT-OF-POCKET medical expenses that her Cancer diagnosis is throwing her way.
Anne Marie keeps saying that she is glad that this happened to her and not to one of the kids because she could not bare that. The thing is that the children need her, her family and friends need her. We need her to stay strong as she undergoes everything that is being thrown her way, to focus on herself right now and beating this. My prayer is that she doesn’t have to carry a financial burden.
So many people who know and love her have reached out and asked what they can do to help. This is what you can do! If you want to be a contributor to her winning this fight, giving a monetary donation will truly help with her mental wellness, while her physical body is undergoing the physical trauma that this illness is inflicting. Please consider donating to her. No amount is too small
Anne Marie is facing a life-altering event as the rest of us move on with our everyday lives. By giving, you are helping for the long haul. I also ask that you send up a prayer as you donate. A prayer that she will beat this and come out on top
Sincerely
Stephen Schreiber
