Heart Valve Replacement Surgery

Update : Thank you to everyone that has donated ! I only need about $3300 more to have a heart valve replacement. Even if you can't donate PLEASE SHARE !!!! I regretfully have to ask for help with a medical situation. My cardiologist has given me about 18 months , I have heart failure from dozens of infections that has weakened my heart tremendously. I also have a bad heart valve. If I can get the valve fixed it will buy me a little time. I do not have any  insurance right now and the medication is not cheap. I'm also trying to get on disability, but that takes a while. I can not walk more than about 40ft and I'm completely out of breath. I use a wheelchair most of the time. I can no longer work doing boat repairs. 
I'm relying on my friends to help me if they can . I think if I can get a valve replacement I'll be ok for a while. 
I'm just at the end my of rope and don't know what else to do than ask for some help.
