Ronan's medical bills

Hello there,

 

Thanks for considering contributing to our fund to raise money for Ronan's medical bills!

 

As you may know, our son Ronan took a nasty fall last month that resulted in a severely broken humerus -- and no, it was not very humorous at all. The break was so bad that the local hospital in Monterey (where we were visiting family) could not fix it, and he had to be ambulanced up to Stanford Children's Hospital. Needless to say, this all got rather expensive, and our insurance isn't covering as much of the bill as we'd hoped. Fortunately, we've had some time to brace for impact, but still we could use a little help -- especially since we are a single-income family at the moment -- so we are swallowing our pride and asking for it.

Any amount you can contribute would be wonderful. If you want to chip in but now is not a great time, we are still expecting one or two bills to show up one of these days (including the one from Stanford !), and we have no idea how those will shape up. Fingers crossed they won't be bad, but, if they are, we may find ourselves doing another one of these.

It's times like this we feel especially grateful for our extended community of friends and family. Whether you are able to contribute or not, thanks for sending your love and support to our little guy!
