Local kids in need of assistance

Local children are in need of assistance. Four year old twins Leyden and Patience Gray and 23 month old Caiden Gray have temporarily been placed in the care of Sabrina Bobino until further arrangements can be made. At this time, no financial assistance is in place. The additional cost of childcare, food, diapering and clothing for the next several months will be a strain on her single-income household.

Arrangements for future placement of the children with Mindy and Jay Westerterp are underway. Jay is an active member of the U.S. Air Force and Mindy is a Registered Nurse. They have two children Lexi and Jayden, ages 14 and 7. The Westerterp's are welcoming Leyden, Patience and Caiden into their home with lots of love and hopes of a better life. Their expanding family will require a larger vehicle and furnishings to accommodate everyone along with basic necessities. It will take several months after placement before government aid will be available. We need to join together as a community to support this family in their time of need! Any contributions to help in the welfare of these sweet babies would be greatly appreciated.
