Pooka’s Surgery

Hello! If you don’t know my dog Pooka was attacked by an older family dog. We took her to the VCA and were told her surgery would be 6,000 dollars & they needed it in full or we had to put her down. Thankfully through twitter I found the vet that is trying to save her life. We went to Dr. Burkett @ Buena Vista in Irving and he is doing it for 600! The surgery is set for Monday morning, the 9th. Ive picked up all the shifts allowed at work & my mom is doing her part. The only scary thing is if her kidney is ruptured like he thinks, she’ll have to have it removed and the price will go way way up. I don’t expect financial help but I’ve had a lot of people ask to help, so I made a go fund me. All funds will go towards helping pay for our baby Pooka’s surgery!!
