Connie Needs Our Help

Hello, friends and family of Connie Coffman. I'm writing to ask you to help Connie get through a difficult period that has led to financial hardship.
Connie has had recent medical and personal crises and is now working through mental health challenges. These crises have come at financial costs beyond her means and disrupted her livelihood as a music teacher of young children and Tai Chi instructor.
On Christmas Eve, Connie fell and broke her leg near the hip, leading to emergency surgery and months of recovery. In the midst of her recovery, her sewer backed up. The company she hired to clean it out did substandard work and did not complete the job. They charged her the full amount and immediately sent the bill to collections, which threatened to put a lien on her house. She had to pay the first company and hire another business to fix the problem.
Connie has been having severe anxiety and is receiving psychiatric treatment. It was very difficult to find a psychiatrist with openings, as the need for their services soared during the pandemic. Miraculously, she found a good one but she is paying out of pocket since the doctor doesn't accept Medicare. This is another source of stress.
We are asking you to help Connie with $15,000 for the sewer repair and $10,000 for three months of mental health care and living expenses. Please also share this message with friends and family who may be interested in helping.
If you know Connie as I do, you have experienced her generosity and care for others and reluctance to let others do for her. Now is the time she needs our generosity and support for her recovery.
Thank you, everyone!
