Kidney Transplant

Jerome is a high school teacher and currently on dialysis. His doctor has recommended a transplant but it is not covered by insurance. He would appreciate all the help he can get for a transplant. Without the transplant, he will continue to have complications. It could keep him from teaching and we need him to continue to inspire our students. 

The funds are needs as soon as possible. He is waiting on help with funding through this program and he is seeking any grants that might be available.
