Support Danielle Bailey's Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
Danielle Bailey, a beloved community member, was recently diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma, an extremely rare and aggressive form of cancer. The cancer was first diagnosed in her ankle, and Danielle was faced initially with the option of amputation.
Upon further testing, Danielle learned that the cancer had spread to other parts of her body. Her course of treatment has quickly changed to one of aggressive chemotherapy treatments to attempt to stop the spread of the cancer before she can be eligible for any potential surgeries.
Danielle has worked in our Tri-State area for over 25 years. Publicly, you may know her from her time serving you with her vibrant smile at The White Hart Inn or The Black Rabbit. Many will know Danielle from her 20-year-and-counting career at Noble Horizons, where she has worn many hats and touched the lives of countless individuals and families. Most recently, Danielle was promoted to Director of Community Relations, Marketing, and Fundraising, where she has thrived in creating events for the Noble Horizons residents and the community to enjoy.
Danielle is a devoted wife and mother of two. Her family is her world; her ability to provide for them has been a profound source of pride. Her inability to work will significantly impact her family, as will the time her husband has to take off of work.
We all struggle with the costs of medical treatments, and while Danielle is insured, it doesn’t cover the considerable costs of travel to and from NYC, where most of her treatment will occur. Once Danielle is cleared for the surgeries she will need, the costs and impacts on her family will only increase.
From her diagnosis until now, Danielle has stoically remained at her job and continued to raise money for community events that help fulfill the needs of others. Now, all who love her are asking for your help for her and her family. We aim to raise $50,000 and will do it dollar by dollar. No amount is too small, and every amount is graciously appreciated!
God Bless
