I would like to introduce myself. My name is Dontrell Johnson. I am an Honor Roll student at Rockford East High School. Wrestling Varsity as a Sophomore at 120 lbs, I am the 2016 NIC 10 1st place champion. I continued to place 2nd in the IHSA Regionals on 2/6/16, moving on to Sectionals on 2/12/16 & 2/13/16. My current record is 19-15.
I would like a chance to represent my family, my school and my city by going further every season. I want to challenge myself and push my physical and mental limits, I can do this by attending the J Robinson Wrestling Camp this summer.
This is a 28-day Intensive Camp located in Minnesota, the dates are July 2 - 29th 2016. The starting cost of the camp is $2,849.
This camp has met the expectations of many athletes. In 2015, 99 former J Robinson campers became State Champions and another 366 became State Placewinners.
This is were you come in. This intense wrestling camp will help me become tougher, more disciplined, and more determined than ever, please help me get there by donating, nothing is too big or too small.

J Robinson Intensive Camps are known as the most challenging and life-changing wrestling camps in the country. The training and conduct expectations of our Intensive Camps are influenced by J Robinson's experience as an Army Ranger and by the protocol of Army Ranger School, which focuses on both physical and mental development. The rigorous training model operates on the principle that intense challenges bring about significant change, so we provide a structured, accountable environment that pushes athletes to their physical and mental limits. Through 4 workouts a day that include technical skill sessions, live wrestling, drilling, running, weight lifting, and cross-training, athletes will be taught a new meaning of hard work. They will learn how positive character traits—Discipline, Dedication, Sacrifice, Hard Work, Responsibility, Accountability, and Service—contribute to their success as an athlete and as a human being.
No other camp emphasizes the development of life skills as a key part of the curriculum. The J7 training philosophy—Discipline, Dedication, Sacrifice, Accountability, Hard Work, Responsibility, Accountability, and Service—guides each activity at our Intensive Camps. We show wrestlers how to work harder than they ever thought possible, giving them the physical and mental tools to take on the challenges brought on by wrestling competition and life. Additionally, we provide daily seminars before each evening wrestling session that focus on a variety of character-building topics, including leadership, overcoming adversity, mental attitude, money management, nutrition, goal setting, developing a personal philosophy, visualization, and service to others.
