Maggie Strong

What a blessing it is to know Maggie Vaughan Lawrence. If you know her, you love her! Maggie is an amazing wife to Kasey Lawrence and loving mother to Griffin (4 years old) and Mae (almost 2 years old). She is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and serves others daily by taking care of some of the sickest children across the state of Alabama and surrounding areas. She is a hero to many families and a friend to all!

However, Maggie was recently diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer, more specifically, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Adenocarcinoma. Her PET scan results showed metastasis to the spine, liver, and brain. This was a huge shock to everyone, given her young age and low risk factors. Her friends and family are devastated, but we remain faithful and believe God is above all names, including cancer. In addition to prayers, we want to support Maggie and her family by lifting any financial burdens that may arise. Medical expenses on top of daily necessities will add up quickly, so this Go Fund Me has been created for the Lawrence family and the journey they face.
