Help Louis get the treatment he needs

Hi my name is Rose and I am fundraising for my dog, Louis. He is a Chow Chow dog and he will be 4 years old soon in May 19th. He is the most adorable and loving dog and everyone loves Louis. He is kind and friendly to everyone, especially to the kids.
This fundraising is very important to Louis especially and also to our family. Louis is the first dog that I have in 15 years. I have been wanting to have another dog but I was so reluctant as I was busy raising my 2 active kids. When COVID happened, it was kind of blessing that we decided to get a dog. Our family was very ecstatic when we got Louis. We were not the first owner of Louis. He was returned to the breeder after the first owner took him for 2 weeks. We were supposed to wait for our puppy in December 2020 but the breeder contacted us when Louis was available for adoption as other people have all their preferences for their puppies. So over night in August 2020, we got our dog, Louis.
Louis started to show mobility problems on April 2022 but with 2 weeks of antibiotics, he was back to normal. Then, in December 2022, he could not walk again so he was treated with another 2 weeks of antibiotics. He was fine again. However, 3 weeks later, he could not walk again. This time our vet did an X-Ray and found out that Louis has an early arthritis or IMPA (Immune-Mediated Polyarthritis). So we started giving Louis monthly injection for arthritis treatment. However, there was no improvement.
In June 2023, we decided to bring Louis to the Veterinarian Hospital and they joint tapped all 8 joints. We found that 5 of his joints were infected with bacteria. He was given heavy doses of antibiotics.
In August 2023, we did another joint taps tests and there was an improvement. Only 3 joints infected. He was treated with 3 months antibiotics.
In November 2023, we did another joint tap test and this time only 1 joint was infected. We were so happy because we were on the right track to recovery. He was treated with another 3 months of antibiotics. The vet recommended to do another joint tap in April 2024 just to check on the last infected joint.
However few days before the appointment, on March 29th, 2024, Louis suddenly could not put pressure on his 2 legs. He could not stop crying. We rushed Louis to the hospital again and found out that he was having bad infection as he was having fever. We are managing his pain right now but he is still suffering.
The funds from this GoFundMe will be used to help us find the source of infection. Louis treatment so far has cost me close to $15,000. That is why I am reaching out to the public for assistance for my dog as we want to provide the fullest life for Louis.
Thank you for the support and prayers, we hope to see him walking again soon.
