Axle Has Addison's Disease

Well, I absolutely hate that it has come to this, but I have nowhere else to turn. Last October on his 3rd birthday, my beloved Rottweiler, Axle, was diagnosed with Addison's disease. It's an endocrine disorder that affects the adrenal gland. He almost died before they were able to diagnose him. Axle is the sweetest, most intelligent dog I've ever known. He knows each of his toys by name! I love my boy more than anything!!! Thankfully, Addison's is 100% manageable with monthly Percorten injections. With them, he will live a normal life. For a dog his size, each injection is $175, plus the cost of a vet visit and periodic blood tests. Unfortunately, my credit card is maxed out because by the time he was 2 1/2 years old, Axle had to have bilateral knee reconstructions. (Not cheap!) Also, I have multiple sclerosis & thousands of dollars worth of medical bills myself! I've had 2 MS attacks since January that have left me partially blind in both eyes. As a result, I missed a few weeks of work. I have a mortgage, car payment, & typical homeowner's expenses. I don't live an extravagant lifestyle. In fact, I very rarely even go anywhere besides work and doctors. Even though I work 40+ hours a week, I can't seem to break even. I just want my Axle to stay healthy without having to decide which bills I can afford to pay late every month!
