Jeremy's Car Repair

Hi All,

It's with great humility that I am creating this GoFundMe on Jeremy's behalf. I wish we had another option. As you all know mom passed away in October. Jeremy missed several days of work to come tell mom goodbye in the hospital and then several days again for the delayed memorial service. His loss of days at work created a bit of a financial hardship.

Over Thanksgiving Break the engine in their only vehicle blew out and things are financially very tight right now. Jeremy is in a very tight spot that I wish I was able to get him out of without asking anyone else for help. Without transportation he has difficulty getting to work. He's been taking an uber, but as you can imagine that is not a long-term feasible option. If he can't get to work, he can't make the money to fix his car and so we continue in this terrible predicament. The other complicating factor is that Jacob attends a magnet school roughly 30 minutes from their house. In order to attend the magnet school, they must have their own transportation to and from school. Jacob has missed days of school because they have no means to get him there. The administration has helped find him a ride for next week, but Jeremy is desperately in need of reliable transportation.

I know that each of you has financial obligations right now, tis the season, but if you are able to help him with a few dollars, I know he would be eternally grateful. Please help me show him that people care. He just needs to catch a break. Help me help him. Thank you for considering donating or for any ideas that any of you might have.
