helping a friend

Hi, my name Susan. My friend and houseboat neighbor lost his home and everything he owned. He is disabled and lives on a very limited income do to an accident while working in Florida doing construction. He has lived at our boat dock for 21 years, and has always been there for all of his neighbors when they needed any help. My water pipes froze last Christmas and he was right here to help me. He has been a security guard for our boats when no one else was around, and just there anytime his neighbors needed him. We just want to try and be there for him!

We are trying to raise funds to at least buy some kind of camper, etc. to get him a home for the time being. Anything will be appreciated.
